DELIVERY, PRODUCTION, RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, RETURN, AND EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

1. Production Model (Important Information)

• All products offered for sale on our website are custom cut and sewn according to the size, measurements, and product features chosen by the customer during the order, and are produced specifically to order.
• Our company does not keep ready-made products in stock; the production process is initiated separately for each order.
• Upon the creation of the order, the product enters a custom production process for the customer and acquires a characteristic that cannot be offered to another customer.

2. Delivery

• Your orders will be handed over to the shipping company within 7 business days.
• Delivery times may vary for some special products. The relevant delivery times are separately stated on the product detail pages.

3. Right of Withdrawal and Return

• In accordance with the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, consumers have the right of withdrawal within 14 days in distance sales.
• However, in accordance with the relevant legislation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products prepared in line with the consumer's wishes or personal needs.
• In this context, the products offered for sale on our website, which are specially cut and sewn according to the sizes/measurements chosen by the customer, are in the nature of personalized production and are not covered by the right of withdrawal, and returns are not accepted.
• This issue is also explicitly stated on the product detail pages.
• The consumer's legal rights are reserved in case the product is defective (flawed, faulty production, etc.).

4. Store Sales

• There is no right of return or exchange for products purchased by trying them on at our physical store.

5. Order Cancellation

• Once the order is created and the production process begins, cancellations or refunds cannot be made.
• Cancellation requests may be considered for orders that have not yet been taken into production.

6. Right of Exchange

• Within 7 days from the date you receive the product, a size or model exchange can be made only once.
• To create an exchange request, you must send an e-mail to info@elifcigizoglu.com with your reason for exchange.
• The name-surname and order number must definitely be specified in the e-mail subject line.
• Products sent without an exchange request created via e-mail will not be accepted.
• Your exchange request will be evaluated by us, and the necessary instructions will be sent to you via e-mail.

7. Cargo and Shipping Process

• For exchange shipments, a Yurtiçi Kargo customer code will be provided to you.
• You can deliver your package to the nearest Yurtiçi Kargo branch using the provided customer code.
• If a different shipping company is preferred, the shipping fee belongs to the customer.
• The customer is responsible for tracking the sent products; our company is not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during the shipping process.
• Exchanges of online orders are not accepted at the store via appointment creation.

8. Exchange Conditions

• The exchange process is carried out only once. A second exchange cannot be made.
• Exchanges are not made for products that have been used, have lost their originality, or have their tags removed.
• Products damaged due to use (torn, deformed, etc.) are not accepted.
• Products with a heavy perfume scent or that have been tried on with items that may leave a mark are not eligible for exchange.
• Products that do not meet the exchange conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back with the shipping fee to be paid by the receiver.
• If the exchange request is found appropriate after inspection, the new product will be sent to the customer free of charge.
