ORDER AND PAYMENT INFORMATION
Within the scope of this Preliminary Information Form, the Buyer is informed about the details of their order. The Buyer must approve the distance sales contract in accordance with the Distance Contracts Regulation regarding the electronic purchase of goods or services. The Buyer can track information regarding the Preliminary Information Form and the Distance Sales Contract on elifcigizoglu.com. After the order and payment steps are completed, the Buyer cannot change the details of the order.

DELIVERY TERMS
The production and shipping process of the product(s) ordered will be initiated by Elif Cığızoğlu within the business days specified on the product detail page following the confirmation of the order.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
As a general rule, the Buyer can exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date without undertaking any legal and criminal liability. However, since the products offered for sale on our website are custom-made to order according to the person (size, measurements, color, etc.), they are legally excluded from the scope of the right of withdrawal, and their return is not accepted.
In the event of an exceptional situation suitable for a return (defective goods, etc.), the Buyer must send their return/exchange request to info@elifcigizoglu.com. The product must be returned completely and undamaged along with its invoice, packaging, and accessories, if any.
As long as the Buyer sends the product to be returned with the contracted cargo company stipulated by the Seller, the return shipping fee belongs to the Seller. In case of shipment with a different shipping company, all costs and damage liabilities belong to the Buyer.
CASES WHERE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED
In accordance with the legislation, the Buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal in the following cases:
- Contracts for the delivery of goods prepared in line with the Buyer's wishes or explicitly their personal needs (custom tailored upon order, adjusted to measurements, etc.),
- Contracts for goods or services whose prices change depending on fluctuations in financial markets and which are not under the Seller's control,
- Contracts for the delivery of goods whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, or package have been opened after delivery; and whose return is not suitable for health and hygiene reasons,
- Contracts for goods that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated due to their nature.
RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES
The Seller is personally responsible for the goods or services sold within the scope of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts. Buyers can send their complaints regarding the goods and services they purchased directly to the Seller via info@elifcigizoglu.com.
In disputes arising from this Contract; Turkish Law shall apply and Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized.
